General Holidays and restricted Holidays for the year 2012 – declared by the Karnataka Goverment . Under the explanation of section 25 of the negotiable instruments act 1881(Act No.XXVI of 1881) read with notification no.20/25/26/Pub-1 dt.15.6.1957 of the government of India,Ministry of Home Affairs the following shall be public holidays throughout the state of Karnataka during the year 2012.
